International Society of Biomechanics
The International Society of Biomechanics promotes the study of the biomechanics of movement with special emphasis on human beings; encouraging international contacts among scientists in this field, promoting knowledge of biomechanics on an international level, and cooperating with related organizations.

Biomechanics World-Wide
Biomechanics World Wide is a WWW site designed to assist all persons in their search for information on the broad topic of Biomechanics. Generally it points to other biomechanics and related sites as well as files of relevant information. It is also points to the individual 'home pages' of biomechanists in the world who wish to share their related knowledge and experiences.

Northern Arizona University Gait Lab
The Gait Research Laboratory (GRL) has been in existence for over ten years. The Laboratory occupies 1100 ft2 of space in the Health Professions building on the campus of Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona. It was created to augment an already established and successful entry-level professional curriculum.

U. of Wisconsin - La Crosse, Biomechanics Lab
The Strzelczyk Clinical Biomechanics Laboratory was developed in 1981 with the start up funds provided by Bob Strzelczyk.

Foot Pressure Interest Group
This is an on-line discussion forum called Footpressure Interest Group.

pedar golf
The Pedar System specializes in in-shoe measurement. NASA Space Station and footwear companies such as NIKE, Ecco and PUMA are committed users of this technology. The Pedar Mobile System, which enables testing of foot function during activities, aids in footwear design for improved comfort and injury prevention. The Pedar System has also been used by orthopaedic shoemakers to assess design and fit of orthotics and shoes.

The Pedar Test is the first step in the PowerLINK 3D System. Feedback allows Bentley Golf to begin the process of building a swing from the ground up.

ISB Technical Group on Footwear Biomechanics
The International Society of Biomechanics is an organisation dedicated to the promotion and support of scientific research in the field of biomechanics. Areas of interest include Sports Biomechanics, Clinical and Rehabilitation Biomechanics, Locomotion, Neuromuscular and Tissue Biomechanics. Technical sections of the ISB cater for members with special interests in Computer simulation and 3D analysis of human movement.

University of Vienna
This is the companion Web site to the e-mail list CGA@info.curtin.edu.au providing a forum for the discussion of clinical gait analysis: technical aspects, clinical cases and new developments.

CELOS - Penn State University
The Center for Locomotion Studies is an interdisciplinary research center in the College of Health and Human Development dedicated to understanding the mechanics of human locomotion and to the discovery and development of biomechanical solutions for pathological conditions of the feet and lower extremities.

Benicky Hockey Research Institute(B.H.R.I)
The Benicky Hockey Research Institute (B.H.R.I.) specializes in producing proven positive results using the latest in technology and sports science research. B.H.R.I is an organization that was created to over see the development of professional hockey players from around the world. All our hockey players benefit from the highly qualified services provided by the B.H.R.I staff with backgrounds in hockey reconditioning, skating biomechanics, nutrition, hockey coaching science, and skating energy systems.
