• One registration form must be completed for each attendee and guest.
• Multiple registration fees may be paid at one time. Please indicate this within the appropriate field on the registration form.
• Once the registration form is completed, click the submit button to email the registration form to novel.
• Follow the online instructions for credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) of registration fees.

Fees:

Full registration includes the Saturday Workshop, Welcome Reception, breakfasts, mid-morning/afternoon breaks, lunches, dinners, Evening Event, and Activity Day.

Important Dates:

• March 1, 2010 – Date on which early registration discount ends.
• July 1, 2010 – Date after which no full refunds for cancellation of registration.
• August 2, 2010 – Advance registration deadline. All registrations after August 2nd must be completed at the conference.
